Buffalo Chicken Dip

Makes 30 2-piece servings, Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 30 minutes
  • 3 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup pepper sauce
  • 1½ 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch celery

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken and pepper sauce until well blended. Transfer to a medium sized baking pan or casserole dish. Add cream cheese and ranch dressing and bake in oven until cream cheese has melted. Remove from oven, stir and mix in half of the shredded cheese, once well blended, sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, place back in oven and cook until hot and bubbly. Cut celery into 3 inch pieces and serve with warm dip.
