Sarah Glunz, MS, CNS, received her Master of Science degree in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. She is a board certified nutrition specialist with an interest in natural weight management, the impact of food on our mood, whole food meal planning, stress management and empowering clients to have a healthy relationship with food.
